Cloud-based wholesale solution reduces total cost of ownership and enables service agility
LINDON, Utah, May 28, 2014 – Alianza, the cloud voice platform company, today announced that Vyve Broadband has selected Alianza’s turnkey wholesale VoIP solution to power its cable voice services. The new relationship will reduce Vyve’s total cost of ownership, enable new voice services growth and improve operational efficiency.
Alianza’s Cloud Voice Platform is delivered through a teaming agreement with Level 3 Communications as part of the Level 3 Carrier Cloud Voice Solution. The key benefits for Vyve include:
- Reduced costs – Total cost of ownership is significantly lower compared to traditional approaches of offering voice—including building and operating voice networks or buying a white label solution.
- Ease of implementation – Alianza’s ability to quickly and easily integrate existing back-office systems with robust APIs is a critical success factor for migration and growth.
- Improved operating efficiency – Alianza’s platform is easy to operate and provides real-time visibility and control that simplifies order entry, provisioning, dispatch and billing functions.
- Service agility – Vyve has access to a rich end-user feature set to deliver a wide range of VoIP solutions to residential and business customers.
Alianza’s EasySwitch VoIP migration program is facilitating Vyve’s rapid transition to the Cloud Voice Platform. As part of that program, Alianza’s professional services team provides comprehensive support in managing the migration, including new feature development, eMTA device certification, training and transition of subscribers and live traffic to the Cloud Voice Platform.
As part of the Level 3 Carrier Cloud Voice Solution, Alianza’s VoIP platform is combined with access to Level 3’s VoIP Enhanced Local Service, resulting in a voice solution that offers broad network access, a comprehensive hosted platform and a lower total operating cost.
